Lucky Fin Project

I just found out about this awesome project today and I couldn't wait to share it!

Last summer Molly Stapelman started making these adorable bracelets in celebration of her daughter Ryan's limb difference. Since then, hundreds of bracelets have been sent all over the world!

We like to use the example of Nemo's little fin to help other children be more accepting of Gavin's little arm. The colourful bead in the middle of Lucky Fin Bracelets resembles a clown fish, just like Nemo and his lucky fin! :)

The mission of the Lucky Fin Project is to educate, celebrate, support and unite. Lucky Fins ROCK!

Molly recently launched her new website to help spread the message of the Lucky Fin Project!

You can also check out the Lucky Fin Project Facebook Page.

On her website, Molly says,
"I believe everybody is different. Some people's differences are on the outside and easier to see than the differences others have on the inside. But EVERYBODY has got something and God doesn't give challenges to those who can't handle them. And in what ever your challenge, is a blessing worth celebrating."
Help the Lucky Fin Project grow and order yours today! Lucky Fin Bracelets are available in three different sizes and six colour combinations. Get your own handmade Lucky Fin Bracelet with a $10 donation (includes shipping). 100% of all donations go directly back into supporting this awesome project and spreading the Lucky Fin pride! I can't wait to get ours!

  1. Hi there...I am new to this but have found out that one of my twins is missing his left hand in utero. I'm only 22 weeks and so adjusting to the news has and is a journey. Thank you so much for being such n inspiration. He will be extremely loved and knowing some tools on how to tell people why he is different is really helpful! ~ God Bless Brooke
